The sending of your orders is done within 12 days, because we produce the jewels on demand. Added to this is the delivery time which is 2-3 working days. The delivery address will be indicated when ordering and shipments are made via Colissimo. A tracking number for your order will be sent to you.

Adaozañ cannot be held responsible for late delivery due exclusively to delays in the postal services or a package not collected from the delivery service.
Return & Exchange
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, jewellery). Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. Return costs are your responsibility. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the company Adaozañ will refund the sums paid, within 14 days following the notification of your request and via the same means of payment as that used during the order.

In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-21 of the Consumer Code, returns must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
