  • What is an FAQ section?

  • Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.
  • How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?
    You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.
  • Can my Adaozãn jewelry go in water?
    All our jewels are made from metals that can withstand contact with water, but we strongly advise you to wash them before bathing or showering, because tap water, sea water, the swimming pool, or others can degrade your jewelry in the long term. In addition, you may find yourself in these situations hanging in them, which could cause them to break.
  • As Adaozãn jewelry is made of glass, are they fragile?
    When developing Adaozãn jewellery, we are attentive to the fragility of our products and design resistant models to be worn regularly. However, glass remains a fragile material, so be careful not to drop them. We also recommend that you remove it for sleeping, sports activities or any other situation that may cause you to subject them to a shock. We also recommend that you store them carefully in the pockets provided for this purpose or in individual compartments to prolong their lifespan.
  • My jewel broke during shipping, what should I do?
    Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the package, attaching a photo of the damage. If the damage caused is our responsibility, we guarantee that the degraded models will be returned as soon as possible.
  • I accidentally broke my jewelry, what should I do?
    Oopsss... You have accidentally broken your jewel but you would like to wear it again: Contact us via the form on the contact tab, specifying the damage. We will come back to you with a proposal to repair it and the associated price. If our proposal suits you, you will have to pay for the repair and return the jewel to us at your expense. Phew!
